Location was perfect.clean house nicely decorated it was really Home away from Home the kids loved it

The backyard needs a bit more attention otherwise nothing major

a very racist host when they heard that we were Romanian they changed our door access code and took our money they didn't want to give us our money back they didn't even cancel the booking as far as I understand the owners are black people

The interior in the lounge was nice

The smell of mould was all over the house, which actually made everyone sick before we left. My kids are still sick and had to miss school. And heating only worked for the first night.

The size of the house and the furniture.

The shower was really bad. Wooden floors on stairs and upstairs very noisy when one is walking. No toilet downstairs.

We arrived earlier than we thought an we had to wait till 4 ( 2hes we waited ) , landlord was shoking demanding more money because there was 5 of us , wouldnt tell us were extra bedding was till 7pm so we ended up buying it ourselves ( after asking were it was for 4 hrs ) . An kept just saying u need to pay more . Baring in mind we paid £ 565 for 4 nights for 5 people , house advertises its for 7 people . An there is no real parking an its not a great area at all ,

The staff. Upon check man and a woman came to the property. 1) accused us of smoking inside the house apparently they saw us sat in sofa smoking? 2) upset my wife and made her clean up a few empty bottles before leaving ( they turned up as we was tiding up and my wife had just taken the bins out and washed up and was working on tiding the lounge) 3) we felt targeted and patronised and was accused many things which was not true 4) the man said he saw us sat on the sofa smoking even tho we was no we had the windows and door open as it was hot. ( does this mean they have cameras inside) 5) my wife had moved a chair back to where it was originally and the man had moved this back and then took a photo and said I was “re arranging the furniture” when the chair was put back ( it was moved about 60cm toward the wall so we can see the tv better) 6) said we was playing music to loud ( we had no music playing just had the play station on at volume (15/16) even showed them a video of us playing play station and the volume was low. 7) the lady told my wife she had to clean up (a few empty wrappers, a pizza box and one 2 blankets was not folded am I just being petty) as they had guest coming in 1hour ( cleaning fees are included in the price we pay?) 8) made all guest feel embarrassed for not making the bed ? Upset my wife and kept trying to argue with her. 9) arguing with me and my wife and not letting us leave the property Absolutely ridiculous, petty and unprofessional.

We loved the place especially the aesthetics. I will recommend that a kitchen door is put up as there's none in place and also a toilet is added on the ground floor for ease of convenience.
