MYMYI’ve been to Almas for so many times, strategic location and good management, the condominium is clean despite it has been there for quite a while.
Never have I been to a condominium without a well functioning water heater. I don’t even want to complain about the attitude of the owner, worst thing about this unit is the water is not working. Just imagine seaside, late night shower without water heater, it’s freezing. Some of the light bulbs are not working, even saw small cockroach running around, but worst thing is still the water heater. Few nights without water heater, just imagine…
