Very nice location near to JR and have 2 toilet, super clean property with so many facilities ie onsen in the house, washing machine etc. the check in process very smooth and fast …. Will visit again if travel there

"Nice location, also spacious with nice view"

Good location, located next to the main shopping street. Also good view from the bedrooms and balcony. Spacious apartment. Small outdoor onsen is a good place to relax at day end

Check-in procedure not that smooth even with the pre check-in completed online well beforehand (had to take some photos of the guests again). Also would be better if the space at the apartment entrance is a little larger with bench/stool for the guests to sit to put on/off their shoes, especially the elder people. Should also have instant coffee/tea provided in the room
