The view from the balcony was nice

This rental is an air B.N.B. I had NO IDEA you are not allowed to use any of the amenities at the resort. No pool.no gym no laundry the front desk will provide you with nothing. The phone in the room has no cord you can not call the front desk because they will not help you in any way. Wads of hair on the carpet. When I arrived the refrigerator was warm and the temperature knob was missing. The eyes on the stove are broken in pieces. There were 2 forks 3 bowls 2 pots both dirty one with rice still in it. No frying pan or oven pans no cooking utensils. We had 3 towels total I've stayed in Myrtle Beach many many times this was the most disappointing stay I've ever had. There is nothing stunning about this rental and it is certainly not stocked for 4 people. Upon corresponding with this rental company casagomb.com they were unwilling to provide any type of refund or restitution for all this. I basically paid way way to much for a bed and a view

Too many rules about the cleaning after your stay also it really wasn't up to standard on their appearance and was outdated.

The water in the shower was hot and it is beach front. This is literally the only good thing I can say.

It was very hard to find, there ones one very small sign that had the name on it. The person at the desk wasn’t very kind, both security guards were very kind though. Everything about this place is dissatisfying. It’s dirty and I kept. It’s not updated at all. The beds sag in the kidding and the sliding door wouldn't open right. The bathroom was small, but semi clean. The shower wasn’t updated and the pressure wasn’t good, but again the water was hot. The floor was so dirty that the supposed to be green carpet was black and my kids feet were black the first night from walking barefoot. Also ALL TWELVE pools were closed. When I called them to inquire they were boarder line rude and said there’s “a statement in small writing at the bottom of the agreement (that they send you AFTER you pay) that says all amenities may not be available at all times.” Surely I’m not the only person who wouldn’t think all 12 of the pools would be closed at one time. Overall it’s probably the worst place I have ever stayed in my adult life! This property should not be allowed to operate as is and definitely shouldn’t be on Booking.com. Not one of the pictures match the room or the property, so don’t let them fool you.
