No soundproofing
ZAThe accommodation is near mall and big bay beach.
The staff were not prepared for my check in, they cleaned while i was there. The only left half a toilet paper and i booked for 2 nights. The was no mop. The remote for the television was very slow.
ZAI liked the location. The mall was very close, lots of restaurants.
The toilet seat was broken when we got there. Even though it is a self catering unit, They left us sugar, but it had ants in it. The early morning noises outside was annoying.

No heater and extra bedding had to call and complain to receive those and since its loadshedding no recharge light was given had to complain again to get it
ZAEverything was ok. I suspect a sea view but was not the end of the world as the units with a sea view are obviously more expensive.
A light or generator during load shedding, as the rest of the building has lights and everything was working accept my unit. the LED lights that were supposed to work during load shedding did not last even for half an hour.

The apartment is on the ground floor where everyone passes by and the noise was disturbing sometimes especially because it's next to the lift
