Missing bed linen sheet and cover to the main bedroom. Urine stains to mattress cover and duvet No hot water in shower for two days

Good size for the 2 adults and 2 children staying. Was handy having bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a washer/dryer

Can sense there are few things getting a little bit tired particularly regarding the bathrooms

Was very clean and comfortable And exactly as advertised

There was nothing I didn’t like

The location

There was more than enough of everything, linen, cushions and towels for example. Maybe the best was the only 3 min walk to Lidl to get breakfast with fresh bread every morning!

The apartment is very well located close to the city centre. The team was always willing to help, even at night and helped us with all our requests, even the impossible need for 2 keys which made it very convinient for me and my family. The apartmemt came with a washing machine, dishwasher (with the tablets), some pots and pans, cutlery, plates and bowls, iron and ironning board, free wifi, a bath, 2 showers, vacuum and a free 24/7 gym located in the same building. There were 2 single beds in each room. The apartment was well-lit and cosy.

The walls of the building are a little thin, so if there is noise in the corridor, you can hear it at times. Also parking is not available on site. When my family visited, on the first day they asked at the reception if there was a chance they could unload the luggage 1 at a time and then go to find a permanent space elsewhere without being fined, and the reception staff at Platform took the registration number of the car and said yes as long as we were less than an hour. Feeling assured they unpacked and looked for another long-term space. Each time they came and asked permission before unloading and each time were out before an hour. However, now we have received fines, so obviously the registration was not added to the system and we feel rather betrayed. So would not really trust the Platform staff (building staff), but Paul, the owner of the apartment on the hand can be trusted and I believe is not affiliated with them which is why I haven't marked this location down. I would just be careful of the assurances given by the building team.

Very good location, the apartment is very comfortable, well decorated, have everything we need to spend some days. The communication was very clear and on time, they helped me a lot with all information I needed, always being very kind and supportive.
