Tragedia, grzyb na suficie w łazience, brudna podłoga w pokoju. W “Villi” mieszkają pracownicy budowlani z budimexu, którzy palą w pokojach fajki, smród papierosów w całym obiekcie. Kuchnia w piwnicy to chory żart, brudno i działała jedynie nieczyszczona od dawna mikrofala.
