Wir sind nach der vereinbarten Check-in-Zeit angereist und konnten die Schlüssel ganz bequem nebenan im Hotel an der Rezeption abholen – das war sehr angenehm. Am Abend hatten wir zunächst kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, was wir am nächsten Morgen gemeldet haben. Innerhalb von nur 30 Minuten wurde das Problem behoben – Danielle kam sofort und hat sich freundlich und kompetent darum gekümmert. Toller Service! Solche Dinge können immer mal vorkommen – wichtig ist, dass man einen Ansprechpartner hat und einem schnell geholfen wird. Daher vergeben wir volle 10 Punkte!

Good location near the lake for swimming/walking. Very good with accommodating us on our bike tour with the bikes. Close to shop, very comfortable.
