The most important aspect of the property is that it was clean and quite well maintained. The next important aspect was that the property management was on hand to lend support. I had difficulty to log into the WIFI as the password was different. I texted the property management and got a reply less than a minute which is excellent. They know how to value their customers.

The downside is the lift service especially during checking out. It took us almost an hour just to get a lift to go down to the car park and then to the lobby to return the keys. However, the understanding property management was very understanding. Appreciate this aspect and I can also understand that this is something that is not within their control.

the sheerts are not changed abd there are traces of dirty water or something. dont have extra plastic waste or brooms , aircond nit cold and the livung room is hot. the bed is broken! so strict term in the swiming pool!!!!

The house is clean and the internet wifi speed is good

The iron is burnt and also the iron board also has burnt mark.The deposit is high RM200 and also they refund the deposit money is more than 24hours.
