Locația este una bună, apartamentul are tot ce trebuie. Cazarea s a realizat foarte ușor, programul de check in a fost foarte flexibil.

A fost puțin greu din lipsă de aer condiționat și au fost câteva nopți gălăgioase, dar în rest nu este nimic ce a deranjat.

Totul a fost la superlativ. Apartamentul este foarte frumos si utilat cu tot ce este nevoie. Am avut chiar si kit de prim-ajutor si din nefericire, chiar a fost nevoie să ne folosim de el. Gazdele sunt de nota 10 si chiar si persoanele de la recepție au fost drăguțe, contrar așteptărilor datorate unor alte recenzii citite. Ne-am simțit foarte bine si recomandam cu mare drag acest loc

Cred ca doar lipsa unui aparat de aer condiționat, deoarece in jurul prânzului se făcea destul de cald în cameră, dar rezolvam acest mic inconvenient prin plecatul la plajă, iar spre seară temperatura era în regulă cu fereastra deschisă.

L'alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica. Per chi vuole visitare in macchina la costa Sud dell'isola questo è un ottimo compromesso. Inoltre, ha anche delle spiagge vicine da raggiungere a piedi. Vicino si ha vari mini market, farmacia ecc. L'alloggio presenta ogni tipo di comfort come i fornelli, microonde, lavatrice, ferro da stiro ecc. Balcone in cui puoi goderti momenti di relax.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene in quanto non era possibile gestire in autonomia la gradazione dell'aria. Problema di poco conto per noi poichè la sera si stava bene se si dormiva con la finestra aperta. Pochi parcheggi a disposizione, reception quasi inesistente e anche un abbastanza sgorbutica (purtroppo non dipende dal proprietario dell'appartamento che a differenza loro è molto gentile e disponibile).

The property was perfect for the two of us! The moon feature was relaxing, smart tv with Netflix was perfect for evenings! Kitchen was well equipped, apartment was very clean. Host was amazing and put a personal touch to our stay!

A lot of renovations happening throughout the apartment building which made the apartment quite noisy, we understand this is completely out of the hosts hands. The front of desk staff at the apartment building is rude and creepy.

The flat is located inside a privately owned former hotel room, a ten minute walk away from the beach. The host made sure we had everything available, making the whole experience a whole lot better. The apartment is lovely, clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. I liked it so much I will definitely return in the future.

Everything was fine. There were some workers refurbishing the neighboring apartments causing some noise, but this should be temporary. Other than that, everything was perfect

It was an amazing time at Ponderosa. The beaches, a mall, restaurants and shops are nearby. The apartment has everything you need for your stay: an iron, a microwave, fully equipped kitchen, dishes, beach towels, beach sheet. The bed is comfortable and large. Also there is a fan and an air conditioner however we didn’t use them. The balcony is nice and cozy, you can see the ocean and the pool from it. But be aware that local cats have easy access to it so sometimes you can meet unexpected guests there :) The apartment was clean, also a few surprises were left for us :) moreover a later check out was offered. The owner is very nice and I’m very much thankful for everything. Highly recommend to stay in this apartment!

During the last few days of our stay, there were some renovation works going on in the neighbor apartment, so it was quite noisy in the morning
