A Stylish - 1 Bedroom Flat

Good location just off City Rd., with lots of restaurants near by and close to City Centre. Well enough equipped for a short stay. Clean.

Bed was rather small, seems to be a three quarter bed or small double rather than a full sized double bed, and a little small for a couple.

The apartment was not as advertised! It took us half an hour to gain access to the property due to the address being incorrect on booking.com, I called multiple times and left messages before I finally got a text back with how to access the property. The toilet seat was discoloured and brown, there were dirty towels in the washing machine, the carpets were not hoovered, soaking wet sponge in the sink, clutter in the bedroom, a broken fan, hair in the drawers and CLING FILM COVERING THE FIRE ALARM! What an unsafe thing to do for your guests. To top it off, we were disturbed several times during the first hour of our stay as they had double booked and someone else tried to get into the room. Again not safe when it is based on lockbox codes which multiple people had access to! I had to "prove" that my booking was legitimate by someone taking pictures of the booking on my phone to send to the landlord, wholly unacceptable! And goodness knows what happened to the other couple, I felt sorry for them! I would have left immediately if not for every hotel already being booked!

It was a comfortable space for living.

The cleaners never fully cleaned up, I found rubbish in draws and also a piece of glass with my partner stepped on as she was entering bed, I have told the owner and he tried denying it, I did also take a photo of this and told him I have proof.
