Hotspring 2 Room Suite 1912 @ Sunway Onsen (Neighbour of Lost World of Tambun)

The view of Lost World of Tambun, the vibes. Love love the swimming pool. It was spacious, clean, beautiful & using salt water, not chlorine.

Kinda noisy when the fire show started at the theme park eventho we are at level 19. But it was not tht bad, just short while.

New, clean and comfortable.

The surrounding is nice.. Near to hot spring lost tambun

No towel provided. No Netflix.

The unit was clean and big with a beautiful scenery. Bathrooms and beds are clean. Master bedroom and balcony opens up to a very beautiful scenery. Only thing, it is noisy because it is near to the theme park. Apart from that, it's a very beautiful stay.

The theme park noises. I suggest that the owner might consider putting noise reduction on walls,windows and sliding doors to reduce the noises.

1. Very close to tambun hotspring lost world entrance. Walking distance at ground floor. 2.View from top very nice. Nite view nice. Very clean coz still new. 3. TV very big and nice to watch with smart TV. 4. Bed was comfortable and cold. Ceiling Fan good enough to cool, no need to use air cond.

1. Check in for 1st time not friendly. Need to do few things. But instructions given. Maybe 2nd time will be easier. Must be Patience while check in time. 2. I booked 2 room apartment and only get 1 car park card. I asked respective owner yet he/she advised another car to park and visitor parking. Actual have 2 car park lot as I checked for the 2 room apartment and we hv 2 cars.Fyi, I paid RM360 for 1 night which if hotel can take 2 room for RM180. Fyi again. 3. Water pressure very low for bathroom and sink. I stayed in 19th floor and not happy about it. Understand we in era to save energy, but the water pressure unacceptable low. 4. Bathroom heater not constant with the setting temperature, will be cold and suddenly hot. May be due to water pressure low( maybe ). I already saved air cond. Electricity by not using the whole time. Only used fan. Already safe for the owner. So, hope next time the owner can check the water pressure. 5. The towel provided really thin towel...Bad quality. It's OK. 6. Don't have shoe rack which help to keep tidy up the area and arrange shoe/ slipper nicely.

The property is near the Sunway Tambun.

It says there have washing machine but there is no Washing machine. It is quite difficult if you are staying long and no washing machine.
