Everything about this property. Easy check-in location, really clean.

The property had everything it needed. The structure is all well studied, the windows gave the rooms natural, flowing breeze. It’s in a quiet location, which was a plus. Everything in the apartment was quality.

The stairs are not easy to take for elderly with heavy luggage if you’re in the upper floor. Also the parking was a bit of a frustration as in 3 instances I had to call the property owner to report that my designated space (and others) was taken by a group of people. One evening I couldn’t stay with my parents because of that. So maybe better parking regulations should be enforced.

Better explanation about heating/airconditioning. E.g. hot weather and seemed like underfloor heating was on.

Stayed here during the Grand Prix and it was a great location for Oxford Parkway. There was a fantastic restaurant within walking distance so the location was optimal. The place was clean and modern.

The shower door easily popped off its rails and it was difficult to put back on but you could still use the shower when it was out of place.

Le matelas était vraiment inconfortable, il est vieux et on sent les ressorts. Le sofa-lit est aussi inconfortable, dur et avec des bosses. Nous avons très mal dormi. Le propriétaire semble nonchalant lorsqu'on lui dit que les lits sont vraiment inconfortables, il ne répond pas à cela. Les accessoires dans la cuisine sont minimalistes, une casserole était tellement usée, juste bonne pour la poubelle! Le tissu du sofa n'était pas très propre. Laveuse pour laver nos vêtements mais très compliquée pour la faire fonctionner et aucune instruction donnée par le propriétaire, nous avons dû chercher le manuel sur internet pour comprendre comment la faire fonctionner... Porte de la douche qui déraille facilement, pas pratique lorsqu'on est dans la douche et que ça déraille.

Excellent location and apartment. Living area is open plan and very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for self catering.

There were only 3 dinner plates which meant we had to use the dish washer after breakfast in order to have dinner. Living room curtains don't quite meet in the middle which could be a privacy issue. The toilet seat is a bit wonky which is not a big thing but dies need fixing.

Flat was clean and comfortable with good facilities.

The area wasn't particularly nice, local pubs were all sports bars. We suffered greatly from noise from neighbours, leaving us sleep deprived and having an extremely negative effect on our holiday. Outdoor/garden is more or less unusable scrappy patch of grass, no seating.

Nice new facilities with well equipped kitchen. Bright and airy with great size rooms. Comfy couch and bed. On site parking is great.

A bit far from Oxford for a tourist only trip although bus into Oxford is just around the corner with a good explanation in the house manual.
