1001 Nights Boutique Hotel

Location was good.

When we arrived at night on Christmas eve, we saw that the heater was off and the largest window of the room was fully open. The room was freezing cold! We tried to close it but we couldn’t because it was too high up and we couldn’t quite reach it. We called the number but we were only told that if we do it properly, it will click and close. No matter how many times we pushed it closed (2 people together) it didn’t work. In the end we had to put a small coffee table on the platform under the window, climb it and close the window. We managed but it was really dangerous and we could have easily fallen. The mini fridge also didn't work. The outcome of our stay was a bad cold right before the holidays. Quite irresponsible to leave such a high and big window open in winter. Never staying here again.

It was quiet, spacious, and a good location for my purpose. A very nice room with good shower.

The double bed was two single mattresses and two single duvets. There was no tea of any kind in the room or the pantry. The pantry was a bit messy. It is not possible to open a window.

Centrale gelegen, maar toch in een rustige straat.

De kamer is tochtig en gehorig. Verder hadden we om een extra deken gevraagd, maar de enige optie was een dun en kreukelig laken die tussen andere rommel in een kast lag. De contactpersoon leek het weinig te boeien en wensde ons succes met het laken.

Very nice room, decorated well with nice sitting areas. The big windows were just stunning. Haarlem is nice and quiet and feels very safe compared to the hustle of Amsterdam. This street in particular is right next to a town square and along a very nice street.

The shared kitchen area needs a good organise, cutlery items missing, random things thrown in each cupboard, etc. It did have everything we needed however so can’t complain too much!

De locatie was geweldig, kon niet beter. In het centrum van Haarlem. Duidelijke communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf. We waren blij verrast toen we de kamer zagen. Een heerlijk verblijf waar we beslist naar terugkomen. En ook iedereen zullen aanraden!

Niets

Bijna alles, vooral de lage prijs, de kwaliteit van de matrassen, de smaakvolle inrichting en de mooie en geluidsarme locatie, in hartje centrum.

Het enige dat we wat minder vonden: de best wel veel berichten via zowel e-mail als Whatsapp. Ook: we begrijpen de voordelen van een personeelsloze opzet, maar bij het in het donker inchecken (17:30 uur) bij het sleutelpaneel a/d overkant gaf het nodige 'gedoe' / gezoek om qua sleutels alles in orde te krijgen.
