"Disappointing"

The facilities inside the apartment was satisfactory for long term stay

The staff was careless, my requests was forgotten all the time, they did not help anything. I have asked files from them and they said we will prepare it during the week, at the end of the week they even forgot what files I need. For this price level, this kind of bad stuff undermines all the positive things.
