The accommodation at Terrace Apartment X91 RR04 ordered for the 11th Jan 2023 was totally unsuitable and as a result we had to seek alternative last-minute accommodation at our cost. The property Is poorly maintained, smells unclean and of average presentation. Items of complaint: Poor entrance lighting Lift foyer lighting poor Unpleasant building odour Apartment odour Kitchen was unclean and smelt Strong fridge odour Cupboards and draws unclean Utility cupboard smelt and unclean Leather couch ripped and unclean Balcony door could not be locked, therefore security compromised Smoke detectors broken Showerhead broken in both bath rooms Stained and unclean bath Mold in ensuite Bed base stained and smelt Empty beer can in wardrobe Heating radiators ineffective

Very cold not enough bed covers No hot water Tea coffee available but no sugar

Not bad for one night.

Clean and good space

The apartment was very spacious. Had everything we needed. It was perfect for our little family adventure in waterford. Location was fantastic

They left out some nice chocolate

Convenient location to the quay and city center. Spacious apartment, comfortably furnished.

Parking was not free! There was no answer when we pushed the button as instructed. The lot attendant said no one would be answering the phone number until 11:00 a.m. We left at 9:00 A.M. Fortunately we had kept the ticket and paid 8 euro to get out. Small details lacking: No hooks or bars for towels or toilet paper. Closets had a musty smell. Dark entry from gate to building door would feel creepy if alone. Also motion detector lights in hallways and stairs would be preferable to having to search for the switches.

The apartment was spacious for 3 people and their was a nice bar of chocolate on the table.

The apartment is literally impossible to find. I can't understand why the lady who owns it couldn't meet us at the petrol station which was very near by. She said that there was WiFi which I couldn't get to work even after I put in the WiFi code. The TV wasn't working for the aerial wasn't connected to the back of the TV. There was no milk in the fridge to add to the tea or coffee. Why? I made multiple attempts to meet her near the apartment but she claimed she didn't know where that was. I got that stressed out I damaged my back bumper and it took the enjoyment out of it.
