I love the location since it’s walking distance from MOA. Overall, I love the room and it is so comfy.

It's almost a perfect stay. Almost everything was a smooth sail process starting from check-in through our check-out. The host and the secretary are responsive. The unit and their facilities look and feel clean. Their staff are professional. They have all the basic utensils, cookware, and toiletries. The unit looks almost exactly as in the picture. It's really aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. We love the hot shower. The closest convenient store is at Tower 4, which needs a little walking but it's good for errands. A hair blower is also available. We didn't really have a problem utilizing the space. It's very close to the Mall and airport as well. Great for short stays!

Minimal soundproofing especially at the kitchen/ living room area so you have to be mindful about your group's noise. We can also easily hear people from the outside. Need to open the balcony or window when you do a lot of cooking as your clothes will smell the same.

The room is clean, no doubt about it.

The security of the guest. We booked the room legally. However, there is an incident that another guest came in to our room with the same door passcode and my wife is the only person in the room that same day. My wife was terrified and I just realized that there was a double booking for the same room as we already have. So upset for what happen that night, we feel so unsafe.

The reception was excellent. But the room was too small for 4 people.

Too small for 4 people. No enough linen like towels, very limited toilet roll and the bed is old and not sturdy. The bed sheets, pillow and blanket looks unpleasant.

Love the lay out and cozy style of the property

There was a constant leak by the lounge and in the bed room bec of the aircon the sofa was wet and the bed and beddings were wet. I got stressed in the end but to be fair they move me to another unit
