Adorable home that has been cared for. Lots of character. Great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location, friendly neighbors, a great value for the amount of space and the quality, clean, and plenty of amenities available.

No complaints. Only thing I can say is that my wife and I had difficulty adjusting the shower temperature. A very slight adjustment can go from cold to flaming hot. Hard to find the sweet spot. Other than that everything was perfect.

It looks exactly like the photos. It’s in a good location and has its own parking.

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the kitchen chandelier.

The kitchen and living room were comfortable. The house was a nice size and it was clean.

The neighborhood was loud at night, drums and loud music played until 11 pm.

Finding the property was easy, even in the dark when we arrived. House was clean and amenities were easy to locate. Nice quiet neighborhood!

Although there were window unit A/C in most rooms, the third bedroom only had a floor fan. It got a bit warm and stuffy in that room, and my kids had to sleep with the door open. Also a bedside lamp in the main bedroom would have been helpful.

It was comfortable, clean, and very easy access (no problems getting in, using WiFi and TV), contact with owner smooth. Price was decent.

We walked in and felt like we just walked into a friend’s warm inviting home. Dianna was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. The washer and dryer were clean and did an efficient job at cleaning our laundry. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to throw breakfast together and pack lunches for our adventures. The window AC in the bedrooms and downstairs in the living room helped keep it comfortable for us desert dwelling folks that aren’t used to the humidity! Overall I hope we make travel plans in the future that bring us to Rochester again so we can stay in Dianna’s home.

The beds are on the firm side of comfort but not so hard I couldn’t sleep well. The students traveling with me also complained about the beds being hard and that it was challenging to find a comfortable position, but they said it didn’t diminish their sleep overall.
