Modern 2 bedroom flat, SE6

The flat was well equiped and had everything you needed for a couple of night's stay

The television was hard to control. A manual would help. The bedroom faces onto a very busy road. The double glazing helped to reduce the noise but there was a constant drone of traffic through the night

It was clean and very quiet area, nice. The apartment is beautiful, and the decorations are simple and classic.

Could not find one thing.

It is a roomy apartment. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Except for a dishwasher and a coat rack quite complete. Bus stops in front of the house. Shops nearby. Car can be parked in front of the building.

The strong odour of cats pee in the stairwell and the neighbourhood.

The beds were uncomfortable and could feel springs.. the shower leaked and flooded the bedroom daily with each shower, and the washer and dryer took forever to wash and dry. Didn't use cooker only used the kitchen for the fridge and making instant coffee. Downstairs neighbor baby crying all night was an issue as you could hear it. Was a little uncomfortable all in all, and the stairs were very steep for carrying heavy luggage and a wheelchair.

I like the property really clean and peaceful place to stay on my next visit at Catford. I would recommend the property to family and friends

Clean and spacious

Lovely, spacious apartment with everything you might need. Booking.com doesn't list the house number so if you're searching, it's 131 (b, upstairs). Parking available in front of the house, bit difficult to get to as a tree is blocking the entrance, but there was no neighbor parked when we arrived so we could access via their side, and then we left the car there till we left and only used public transportation during our stay. Appartment is as pictured, has everything you might need: washing machine, dryer, toaster, water kettle, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, telly with access possibility to YouTube/Netflix etc. Two bedrooms with a double beds and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Last one better for the kids as it wasn't so comfy for adults. Close proximity to tank station, shops, takeaway etc everything you might need. Several buses nearby to travel about or to London. Quickest way to London was walking to train station Hither Green and taking a train to the city. Bus way cheaper though, so both options available 😊 About £18 for a return to the city with two adults and 4 kids Bus for about £4 return. Make sure to have bank or credit cards for every adult in the party as one card can't pay/be scanned twice for two people on the same bus. It didn't feel like the safest neighborhood, but then again nothing happened to us or so. Family of 6 traveling. Friendly owner checked in daily to see if everything was alright. I'd definitely recommend staying here 😊

It was the perfect location for us. Had everything we needed and was well provided. Lovely and clean. Bonus to have a parking place. Christian was very responsive to our messages. Will be staying there again for definate.
