PKBreakfast was refused by the staff, although they earlier committed on phone before my departure from home town. This should be complimentry inclusive in stay charges as majority guest houses offers so.

PKAUI stayed at two different Walk Inn apartments. This one and Walk Inn Centaurus Mall. See my other review. I am a solo female traveller and stayed here for three nights. This apartment is in a residential block and it has three rooms each with a lockable door that are rented out to guests. You get a room with a private bathroom, and with access to a communal kitchen where you can boil water, keep food in the fridge, use the microwave and plates etc. Onsite manager Mr. Idris stays on the premises. He is lovely, quiet and unintrusive and cooks your breakfast. The room rate is cheaper than other more tourist-oriented apartments and hotels in Islamabad, so it’s great for saving money. This apartment is in a residential block and full of locals rather than tourists. I always felt safe even coming in and out at night. When I saw residents they would always smile or nod there head. The room I had was spacious and had a flatscreen TV. The room had a view to the street. The bathroom shower has a long horizontal neck which is great for hanging up washing. The sun shines on the bathroom so things dry really quickly. My room faced a dead end street so there was no loud traffic and very quiet. Islamabad doesn’t really have a main city area full of cafes and shops. Each sector has its own strip of shops and restaurants. This apartment is across the road from all of the shops so it's very convenient. There’s a nice Asian franchise restaurant called Asian Wok, and also a few nice coffee places as well as Loafology. A tuk tuk to Centaurus Mall is about 400 or 500 rupees (approx 1.70 USD) Reservation Manager Mr Ali who will whatsapp message you with all the reservation details is super lovely. I had met him before when I stayed at Walk Inn Centaurus and his customer service is incredible. Read my other review. Would I stay here again - yes I would. It was clean, quiet and safe and very good value for money.

PKWaqas, the manager, treated us exceptionally well and made sure we had no issues during our stay. The apartment is great and located in a very nice area with 24/7 hotels and facilities nearby. Whenever we messaged Waqas, he was always available and ready to help. Really good service overall. Highly recommended.
