Stylish & Chic 3 bed House

Good location

Booked the property because it had a bath (for the young children). However, owing to a faulty plug, bath was unusable until two days before we left. Toilet seat was broken and not fixed until two days before departure. Dishes and cutlery needed to be washed before they were safe to use. Carpets needed vacuuming and counter tops cleaned before use.

Close proximity to the nature reserve

It was not very clean Lots of stains on the walls and grime and dust. Eyelashes and hair left on the shower room shelf Shower cubicle was dirty The quality of F&Fs was poor We had to buy towels due to the ones left were thin and small No instructions were left for anything

Very tidy and clean.

Gorgeous decor and how all layed out. Loved the furniture and how the beds all made up and dressed like a show home. Comfy beds and bedding lovely. Relaxing stay would recommend to anyone. Lovely and clean.

The garden gate bolted so had real difficulty in accessing the keys which were behind the bolted gate in the lockbox I'm sorry but why on earth was the gate bolted for access to the lockbox? why is the lockbox behind a bolted back gate that guests can't access luckily my father in law who's tall could unbolt the gate for me otherwise I couldn't of stayed there because had no access to lockbox please leave gate unbolted ready for guests to access lockbox or put lockbox round the front.
