"A cozy stay in a remote gated community near the beach."

8.0

The apartment is beautiful and full of light. Everything is clean and you’ve got all your basic necessities. The area is pretty remote, in a gated community road that is still developing, but we loved this remoteness. But note that there are no shops around, not even a little corner market and you do need a car.

The front porch is not private even if it really looks like it is or at least should be. Apparently everyone can use the hammocks and furniture in front of the apartment. Nobody did when we were there, cause it so clearly looks like they are private to the apartment. But the security guard sometimes came around and just hang out on his phone on the terrace right in front of our kitchen/living room, with me sunbathing a meter from him. It was weird. There was also a security camera pointing into the living room which we asked them to re-angle. On the photos it looks like the house is by the beach, but it’s not. The sister building of this building is by the beach and you can go hang out there.
