At der var adgang til egen lukket have, og at det var tæt på strand, havn og restauranter.

Der var en del støj fra nabohotellet’s ventilationsanlæg især når man opholdte sig i haven. Der var problemer med kloak og afløb i bad og toilet i forbindelse med kraftig regn. Værts parret var meget hurtige til at tage action på problemet.
