Harbour Bridge 417 by CTHA

We had a fantastic stay. Joan, our CTHA representive, was warm and welcoming upon arrival and made check-in smooth and easy. Communication from CTHA was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, super clean, well equipt for short and longterm stays, the location is great, safe and the view over the harbour was such a treat. Much queiter than expected. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment and a great location. Walking distance to V&A Waterfront.

The one night was a bit noisy from the dock side due to containers being loaded, but the other 4 nights were quiet.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and felt very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and convenient for getting around. Overall, it offered a great home-away-from-home feeling.

Some maintenance areas could be improved, especially in the bath shower. A bit of general upkeep would really lift the overall experience.

The host Keisha was a horrible person to deal with, after paying over R13k I was demanded to pay an additional R350 for checking in late, my flight only landed after 9pm, she made us wait outside at night waiting for her to show us the property and hand over the keys, she did not even apologise for the inconvenience. The apartment was dusty, the floors were dirty and the main bedroom carpet was wet, I texted her in the morning to ask for a cleaner and her response was that she will send a link for me to pay. I got more angry because I believe after paying that much money I would get at least 1st class service. I called the office to complain and I was told that they have never heard a complain about Keisha and that they will send me a cleaner the following day. I will not recommend anyone to book that apartment. It is just so unfortunate that the apartment is inside Aha Harbour Bridge Hotel & Suite, Keisha and her Ctha company are the worst people to deal with. I slept at Aha Harbour Bridge last year September and I got the best service hence I went back and only to book from the wrong people. Maybe I got a horrible service because I am black. Had have been white I would have maybe gotten a better service, I regret booking with Ctha.
