Host & Stay - Cosy Cottage

Peaceful, well located for my needs. Nice views of the horses in the fields. Nicely appointed cottage. Appreciated the bottle of milk provided (it’s the little touches) Very powerful shower. Well located if you wanted to go to an event at the John Smith Stadium. Tip though, book your taxi in advance at the end of the evening.

You feel exposed in the bathroom even going to the toilet! The blind has to go down which makes it very dark even in the day. May I suggest popping in some frosted glass covering which is easy to install, lets the light come in but provides privacy.

My friends and I have had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location with the cutest view of sheep + horses from our window! Charlie was a very responsive and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again!

Could not fault the location. Perfect for our needs. Only a 10 minute drive to visit family. Adjacent to farm land with fabulous views. The kitchen had all the amenities to make it a home from home. Full size fridge, washing machine (though we didn't use it), oven, microwave etc.,. TV with Netflix for cosy nights in.

The double bed was a little uncomfortable and we were unable to control the heating in the second bedroom so it was a bit warm at times. Minor issues that didn't hamper our stay but worth mentioning.
