Lovely unit, conveniently location, easy access to the waterfront and safe.

The staff were not helpful and their lack of empathy was disappointing.. I requested drinking water, which in my view should be a minimum pre-requisite, but I was bluntly informed it's self catering! I worked long hours arriving late and not having drinking water tea or coffee was a challenge. I purchased water from the restaurant on the premises, which cost R600 and should not have cost more than R100. I reported challenges such as aircon not working in the bedroom etc and no hairdryer (they confirmed there was a hairdryer) which was left in the unit 3 days later which was not compatable with the plugs, no apologies for the inconvenience and no care. I reported that a plug was needed but there was no response. The inconvenience was frustrating and I would have appreciated assistance as a visitor to Cape Town attending a conference which did not allow time to shop for basic essentials. A tip - offer a service offering a list of essentials including washing powder capsules, which the client I'm sure would be happy to pay for as I would have. The condescending attitude experienced from the staff was in my view, very unprofessional. My colleague stayed in the same block experienced 5 star service.
