F & B Collection - Elegant Flats

The apartment is in an excellent location, which is the biggest advantage. It is small, but it has everything you need. Everything is close to the apartment, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. It has a small terrace overlooking the street and we had breakfast there every morning. We stayed 7 nights and it was comfortable and nice.

Parking was a problem for us, because we arrived in the evening and it was difficult to find parking. There are garages that are paid from 15 to 25e per day. We stayed for 7 days, we only had 2 large and 2 small towels, but we managed with that. In general, the stay was nice and this is a good apartment.

The space was ideal for a couple. Great location.

The apartment itself is in a good location and is clean, but there was no coffee provided to make in the morning.

One of the worst check-in experiences: Dimitris gave us the wrong room number, and in the middle of the night, we accidentally woke up another guest in the wrong room. Dimitris was unresponsive, and we had to check all the key boxes ourselves before finally finding the right one. To make matters worse, in the morning we were woken up by construction noise from builders in the building.

We rented 3 rooms and the accommodation was good. We had everything we needed. Despite parking issues in Thessaloniki, we had no problems with parking, and most of the time it was easy to find a parking spot. Dimitris was a good host and was very hospitable. Almost everything you can visit in Thessaloniki is really close,

Instructions for check-in could be better as they were provided through WhatsApp and not everybody uses it (I use it sometimes but recently got a new phone and didn't know that WhatsApp logged me out on a new phone). Also, the way the water heater works is complicated and you have to turn it on manually through a power fuse (yes, power fuse instead of a switch) for 20 minutes before showering.
