Après une première nuit chaotique à cause d’un quiproquo, l’équipe a su adapter nôtre séjour à nos désirs et nous accueillir au pied des pistes dans une ambiance complexe car équipe débordée mais consciencieuse.

Pas de réception mais personnel très dévoué. Les chambres sont parfaites mais les appartements restent très spartiates

Être au pieds des pistes incroyable. La propreté de l’établissement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Pas de buffet petit déjeuner comme annoncé dans l’annonce. L’attente de + 20min pour un café au moment du rush. Étant client et vu le prix payé pour un séjour assez élevé dans le chalet, j’aurais bien aimée avoir un service « personnel ». Tout du moins éviter de faire trop attendre la clientèle du chalet.

Posizione eccezionale dal punto di vista della pratica sportiva, praticamente sulle piste da sci, ma lontano da servizi di base; personale gentilissimo e sollecito ad ogni nostra richiesta ma disorganizzato nell'accoglienza e per la colazione (buffet sguarnito). Appartamento ottimo e pulito.
