Joy City Stay Vivalia V5-9

It is a large apartment, and it was able to accommodate my family. Ground floor, easy access from two sides of the building. Free parking around the building.

In the initial contact with the property, we were given an underground parking stall, which we were to access with an additional fob key, but it turned out we had to park on the street. More attention to the cleanliness, the curtains were stained, and the green pillows had stains. The area under the couch needs cleaning.

Everthing was fine, but the cleanliness of the apartment was questionable

The building we stayed in was new and modern in design. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook or have a drink. We didn't use it but there was a washing machine and dryer. There was a small grocery store just below the apartment and a Kaufland a little further on. The landlord was in constant contact.

The floor could be a bit clean and its a bit far from the city but does not matter.

Modern nice and big apartment… very tasteful funished….

Should be cleaner, also parking is available only if you find it yourself…not included in apartment complex… also we didnt meet the host try to ask few questions where we can park safely only answers over booking inbox…. Everything else was fine…

Apartment is very cozy, modern, with all appliances you need. There are two bedrooms, with two large comfortable beds. Center of town is approximately 20 minutes walk away, very good location. Quite neighborhood. We visited Timisoara in January, it was really cold outside, but apartment has very good heating system.
