JET VILLAS ENTEBBE ( JVE )

Every derail was well thought out, from comfort to decor and the delicious food prepared with fresh vegetables from their garden. But what really made this place welcoming were the smiles and attentiveness received from Geofrey. One immediately feels his passion and pride to ensure all guests experience a perfect and memorable stay, helping in every way, consistently going beyond one’s expectations - personable, blending professionalism with service and always with a smile! He drew me a map to walk to the Botanical Gardens when he saw I was about to head off in the wrong direction and prepared a table with chairs, cold water and glasses in the garden for me to receive my tour operator and driver/guide for Bwindi for a “meet & greet” before setting off early the next morning AND had breakfast ready at 6:00 am - thank you Geofrey!

During our stay my partner fell ill and Geoffrey and Jim were extremely helpful Jim even went to the lengths of making him a special drink from aloe vera that really helped. They don't usually do room service but made an exception for my partner and they just generally went above and beyond. Such great staff, great food and an all round really positive experience. The hotel itself is so gorgeous, every detail of the decor has been really well thought through. We will definitely return here if we find ourselves back in Entebbe.

Geofrey is an angle that came from heaven! I reached the hotel only with a bunch of problems: lost baggage, can‘t transfer money, planning my rides. Geofrey did everything in his power to get everything solved. He put so much effort in helping me and he didn’t sleep the whole night and cared so much even after I left. I am owing him everything, he is a machine. He didn’t only stood up the whole night, driving around, getting my suitcase to Kasese, sending it with the bus, he also bought me food and prepared my breakfast. God will give you back 100 times my brother! Jesus bless you and your family. The hotel itself is also very nice, clean rooms, good food, great service.

Las instalaciones, con una decoración con muy buen gusto. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda, quizás poca iluminación..

Está un poco apartado de las arterias principales de Entebbe, pero una vez allí se está bien. A la 1 de la noche llegó un grupo de maleducados franceses hablando muy fuerte y riendo para hacer el check in.

We stayed for one night with my mom and grandmother, and the first thing we said when we arrived was, "We wish we could stay longer!" The location is perfect — very close to the botanical garden, shopping mall , and the airport. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. We absolutely loved the room decor and the use of African fabrics 😍 Geofrey was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, from beginning to end. Thank you for this wonderful experience. There's no need to look for another hotel in Entebbe — this is the place to stay!

Sauberkeit war top und der Staff wirklich super… Geofrey, Jim, die Köche und alle anderen waren super lieb und zuvorkommen. Essen war auch richtig gut!!

Staff was absolutely amazing, attentive and very helpful. They made you feel very welcome. Food was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Nice view over the swamp away from the city's hustle. Filtered water dispenser in room was amazing.

Sometimes in the evenings the water was gone. Not many choices for dinner in the hotel and also not a lot of restaurants in walking distance.
