Lakefront Cedar Cabin - 10

The host stayed after hours actually and handed me the keys and the code. Where to dump the trash was bit confusing, for us anyway.

Could be great during fishing season. The bathroom is a bit small but it works. It's sort of in a cove and the weather was a bit cold when we went, just overnight, so swimming might be a pretty good thing. All kinds of cool boats to rent.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location on the lake is great, the boat deck we rented was beside our cabin and covered. The cabin we rented was small but clean and perfect for a couple or small family.

Very well kept and well stocked w dishes, paper towel, etc. The cabin was quaint and great for 2 people

The bed can be accessed by one side so climbing in and out was a challenge. The visitors on the floating obstacle course was a distraction, loud at times but not horrible.

The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The cabin was nothing like the pictures. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. It smelled very musty. Definitely don't stay there in the fall if you have PTSD. Every time we started to go to sleep, a bunch of acorns would fall on the tin roof. It sounded like gun shots.
