Great location, nice view

Shower had poor water pressure, bad smell from bathroom likely due to poor air flow / humidity. Pillows are too large and stiff.

The only good thing about this place is location close to the center of Miraflores. That's to the only thing.

The amenities are substandard, e.g. tiny soap bar, two soap dispensers both totally empty with the empty bags inside. Access is problematic. There are two access codes, and that's not clear. In fact, someone tried to come in when I was leaving and he had same problem. At midnight fortunately doorman called owner to explain how to get in. He didn't know either. I was told an elevator, but not that it goes only to the floor below mine, which meant struggle up many steps with heavy luggage for an 85 year old. There's intermittent buzzing behind the bed in the wall which owner said could not be fixed. Space is small for an apartment, no room to open a suitcase. It was my worst B&B experience to date, perhaps because this is part of a corporate chain and they don't care?

The apartment itself nice, great location, perfect for 2 people.

Te fact that I was not aloud to go back into the property after I checked out to get one of my items that I left behind. The guy on the phone from the apartment said that I was no longer a guest… even though it was still the same day , literally. I was there a couple of days and just because I “checked out” I was treated like a stranger . All I wanted to do was go back to the spot I know I left a gift, it was a very special gift. And they did not facilitate anything. They didn’t even want to come look after I told them where it was. So disappointing I never went through such bad treatment post checking out, as if I didn’t JUST stay at their property. Never again

Location is excellent. Tons of shops, restaurants and artisan stores nearby!

Perfect for what i was looking for and location

Wish you would allow guests. Restrictions were not very nice. Also would like to have had the TV interchangeable for languages. Settings were restricted to Spanish only.

Good location, right next to Kennedy Park. Good shower, comfy bed, clothes washing machine is useful. Iron and ironing board were useful.

The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke, musty, unpleasant. External doors weren’t deadlocked properly - someone entered our room overnight! Frustrating check in. No front of house staff. No foyer. Over an hour late cleaning our room ready for our stay meaning we couldn’t check in until 4pm, additionally we were told there was no where to leave our bags whilst we waited for check in - if we’d simply been given the floor number and the digital door code for the level we could have safely left our bags outside the room. Overall a nice space but an unpleasant overall experience
