Stairs being steep
GBLocation was great and the house was really nice a few minutes walk in to Whitby town centre and with easy reach of all the local shops. Being Whitby Goth Weekend was so easy to leave the car parked up and walk down.
The parking was a bit of an issue had to leave it parked on a different street over night. The top of the stairs where a bit weird but once you got used to them the where ok.

ATGBGood location, only a few minutes walk into town (but quite steep). Beds were comfy. Powerful shower.
Property wasn't very clean, first appearance was weeds and peeling paint. Some stains on walls and furniture. Wallpaper peeling off in places. Fridge and cooker need a deep clean or replacing. Lots of things in need of updating/refresh. Some uneven flooring. Radiator in upper bedroom was practically hanging off. Stairs immediately outside the bathroom needed careful navigation !
GBGBBedrooms were beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable.
Nothing really but just a couple of little improvements could be made like leaving bin bags, maybe a bowl for fruit, hairdryer, towels were bright white, clean, big and fluffy but could have done with smelling of fabric softener please!
