Location is excellent

Patio door from the bedroom did not open. Sun Shade on the balcony is broken and looks untidy with a cable dangling from the roof and support rod lying on the floor. The apartment itself is decent however the building itself is a bit dated and untidy with the walls being dirty and the gate to get to the apartment seems to be covered in some mould.

The property was comfortable and clean. It was near the beach which we really enjoyed.

I did not even stay where I was suppose to stay I was shifted next door and this was communicated to me the night before, basically the host telling me that I should be happy that they got me something as a replacement . There was no reasonable excuse as to why I was moved just "something came up". I came with my family and I did not want to start the holiday on a bad not... 51 I paid for a balcony where I was there was no balcony.. my value for money was not matched actually sounds like I was scammed... I expected to be given a discount that did not happen. If I wanted 47 Victoria zrd I would have paid for that, but I paid for 51Victoria, even this email is talking about 51Victoria which is a lie... why did they not update on here that I was moved? Maybe my surname did not suite 51 Victoria the atleast thing should have been done was to communicate and gv a reason n some of my money back.. I am so upset about this
