-- Floor-to-ceiling living room windows with sweeping water views — genuinely stunning -- Kitchen is a cook's dream: spacious, well-stocked with pots, pans, and room to move -- Clean throughout, quiet, good washer, decent shower with soap provided -- One parking space on site -- Strawberry farms a short drive away
-- Sleeping is dormitory-style: ten single beds in one large basement room; mobile dividers help but privacy is limited; beds cannot be combined -- Neighborhood is extremely quiet, bordering on deserted in April; shuttered businesses, few neighbors, cemeteries nearby -- Getting to Okayama requires either an ETC toll card or navigating heavily congested surface streets -- Not a convenient base for sightseeing beyond the immediate area
