The location was very good. It was clean.

The website said parking was available however after booking it informed me the parking was a very expensive car park nearby.

No instructions for the thermostat or cooker/hob

The location of the property is excellent – central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The nearby car park is very useful for Blue Badge holders, but not a viable option for regular visitors due to the extremely limited number of spaces.

Unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. There was hair on the sofa, unhoovered floors – particularly in the bedroom – and glass tables that had not been wiped properly. I also found pubic hair near the toilet, a blocked sink, and bird droppings on the windows. I requested a re-clean, but the response felt like a joke. Most of the original issues were ignored, and the service was just as poor the second time. It was a frustrating experience that showed a clear lack of attention to basic hygiene and customer care.

The code given to us was incomplete. Another resident helped us. So please review the instructions because it failed to tell 'start with pressing 0, then the code, then the return.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the city centre bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It was great to have a lift when taking our luggage into the apartment.

The only things we would like to see improved are the lighting in the hallway. One bulb was quite dim, the other hardly came on, and the light in the utility room didn't come on. The towel rail in the bathroom didn't seem to work, and there is obvious signs of water damage in the bathroom, damage on the wall adjacent to the shower panel, and around the door frame.

Location and spacious apartment.

Gate code given incorrectly in instructions. Told I should have read all the information on the apartment to pick up that I needed to add a zero to the code! Hmmm? No toilet paper.

It is a lovely apartment in a great location near the old city. The only issues we had were: the link provided in the emailed instructions was wrong and we had to call to find the address after being dropped off; there is no cooling in the apartment and we had to leave the windows open, there are no screens and flys got in.

Location, location, location! Literally couldn’t have been closer to everything. Excellent location Apartment was lovely; 8/10 for cleanliness, kitchen unit doors had greasy fingerprints on the outside of all the doors , so made the kitchen. Feel a little dirty, and hoover g under the sofas would also be good! Also, could have really done with more than one hand towel between the two of us. But apart from those two minor points , it was excellent and I would Stay there again
