GUESTHOUSE & SAUNA 杜（mori）

Our family (two adults and two children) was staying in this place for 4 days/3 nights and the experience in this place was nothing but a very memorable and unique experience. The facility is traditional japanese style house, so, while staying in this place you also get a chance to immerse into the culture and heritage of Japan. The place is very clean and has all necessary items for convenient and smooth stay. Everything is well organised and clear - all the instructions are left by the owner of the place. Maybe Kushimoto itself is not the most busiest spot in Japan, but it is perfect place to be if you want to escape from the fast pace of big cities like Tokyo, Kyoto or Osaka. It is very calm and has a very beautiful nature around - mountains, ocean, endless forests and parks in it. Thank you for e memorable experience and possibility to slow down and fall into calmer scenary of Japan 🌞🫶

The house is beautiful and spacious with all the necessary amenities. It’s spotless clean and the outdoor sauna is a big plus we enjoyed it a lot. The host the friendly. We really enjoyed this stay. Also the supermarket is right next door super convenient

Great experience living a few days in rural area in traditional home environment. Little store a few blocks away to purchase food in a great little kitchen. Floor sleeping was good for us!

It is near a mile hike to train station. Small town so bus and taxi schedules were not quick.
