Firstly the place was very clean and tidy. The stuff was very friendly and the communication was exceptional. I was assisted by Sne, Tshidi and Zaynab all of them were friendly and checked in on me frequently. The place Is in a proper location very close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. I loved it. Really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it

The whole process of pre-check in, an upgrade of some sort would be nice. Takes time to upload information, ID and taking Selfies. I didn't like that process but you can do better

Very convenient to move around, Pick ‘n Pay just downstairs and all restaurants were just a walk away. Unit was very cozy for a couple and very easy to get in and out

I’m quite OCD and the bedding and couch cushions, crockery and cutlery wasn’t to my standards so I had to wash everything and clean some of the things to my comfort but we’re different as human beings, however my partner and I were still pleased with everything else
