19A The Broadwalk - Cozy 1BR in the Heart of Crawley near GATWICK Airport great for contractors and flight crew students

-the first stairway entrance was filthy, strong smell of urine, no light, challenging to carry heavy luggage up. -The walkway to the flat was filthy, unkept, not maintained well -again no lights. -the flat was ok but- -hall light snd clock not working -Tv not working - no Ariel -washing machine spat up foul smelling water into the kitchen sink on first use. -no where to hang washing -no where to hand clothes - small cupboards both cluttered with clean laundry, Hoover, ironing board post and mirrors and hardware left in drawers -only net curtains in living room do no privacy when lights are on -table not secure to use as it shakes on its legs

[1] Location. Right above the city centre market close to train and bus station. [2 Very good renovated flat with all facilities as advertised. [3] windows in both rooms face the market [4] Big kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans

[1] The entrance to the flat is from the main shopping area next to a pizza take-away. This passage is dirty and the stairs, that lead to flats above the shops, have strong urine-stink and dog-poop ! [2] Flat 19A is next to a flat where the owner has a dog and the guest have to negotiate very carefully in view of the mess created by it. [3] The shower head was there but the connecting pipe was missing! The property manager replied promptly but we had to wait for a shower for 24 hours before the maintenance crew showed up with the connecting pipe to make the shower operational. [4] Started the washing machine and the "rinse" cycle resulted in dirty water collecting in the kitchen sink !! Bad design of the plumbing circuit. The maintenance crew came to clean the filter but the problem, though less ever, still exists. [5] Something was thrown at our window from the market area and we did not feel safe. Consequently we check out a day before than scheduled.
