The two properties are some distance apart. Property was very tatty, with broken furniture, fittings, damaged curtain rails etc. Very much unloved. Rubbish, like a wheel and tyre, vodka bottles etc were dumped in the waterway outside. Windows needed a clean. Fitting were cheap and nasty, not befitting the cost of the stay. Heating system was incapable of heating the main (large) property. Pool was (as expected not available0, but sauna and hot tub would have taken hours of time to get up and running as they are wood fired. Basically the owners would be horrified at the condition of their property. If they think that the stand of fitting etc is acceptable, they should stay there themslves and see how bad it is. This property is not suitable for any stays that are not in peak summer. If I could be bothered, I would sue for my money back. No Wifi during our stay so the TV's did not work. Heating was remotely controlled so no heating for the first 24 hours, until someone came arround to reset manually the system. All dressed in coats and hats for the first day. Many phote calls to the agents.
