Das ganze Gebäude ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Wohnung ist Teil eines ehemals großen Appartements, das nun vier Wohnungen anbietet. Daher ist es sehr hellhörig. Die Mikrowelle befindet sich am Gang vor den Zimmern. Es gibt weder Teller, Tassen, Gläser noch Besteck. Das Bad ist sehr klein, der Duschkopf kaputt. Im Kinderzimmer befindet sich keine Klimaanlage, daher ist es dort sehr warm. Es gibt keinen Lift, was den Transport der Koffer in den obersten Stock erschwert. Das Frühstück wird in einer Bar mit Autobahnraststättencharakter eingenommen, der Gutschein beinhaltet ein Heiß- und ein Kaltgetränk sowie ein Croissant.

Not as advertised. Don't book it. First of all, there are issues with the water supply and it was early July, not even peak season. We went more than 24 hours without water with a 4 year old and a 1 year old....we were unable to shower, flush a toilet, wash a bottle. We managed the first night without water but cut our stay short when the issue was still not resolved the following afternoon. The room had not been made up either and it was 4pm. Even more frustrating, we were told we could not get a refund for the one night, even though the owner would have "in good conscience" refunded it, because we had booked through Booking.com (still have the conversation on whatsapp). Upon return, I contacted Booking.com. They asked the owner for permission to refund the money and he refused saying I chose to leave early! Second, it is not family friendly; there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the rooms (which are in a somewhat run down building, hidden behind another building). It is not at all suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues; this should be made very clear. There is parking but the parking lot has huge pot holes. Third, It is advertised as being close to the centre of Tropea and it is not......it may be 350m to a grocery store and a restaurant but the centre, with the views, the shops and restaurants etc is actually a 30 minute walk away. Not a short or easy to walk to the beach either but there is paid parking available at the beach.

La struttura si presentava con delle scale di 3 piano, più una rampa di scala prima di arrivare al portone d'ingresso dove poi bisognava fare altre 3 piani a piedi sfornita di ascensore...(.Il problema il disabile ) poi un bagno troppo piccolo soprattutto il lavabo si faceva fatica a lavarsi .....una posizione più distante da poter arrivare al mare visto che io cercavo un b&b fronte mare.... per il resto tutto ok
