USThe facility was loud at 10 at night. They let dogs run free no leashes. A large dog barked at my husband and wouldn't let him out of the elevator. The dog ran away from it's owner to do this..The Hotel check in Clerk wouldn't do anything about it. She said she can't make the owner leash his dogs. He had 2 service animals and she said they are usually good dogs. If my husband got bitten you would have a law suit. The hotel room stunk and we could hear noise from the lobby on the 2nd floor. Room was dirty and old. We checked out. We couldn't stay at a m hotel like this. We were supposed to get a refund but didnt.
USUSUSTru had all of the amenities required to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and cost-effective. The HVAC system worked flawlessly, and the pillows were extremely comfortable, probably the best I've ever slept on. They felt like goose down pillows.
The mattress was a bit hard for my taste. The shower head was probably water-saving, which I didn't like.

There was only one ice machine for the entire 4 floors and it was out of service! We couldn’t utilize the complimentary breakfast because it doesn’t start until 7am on Sat/Sun. No coffee maker in the room so we had to go to the lobby first thing in the morning. Soap/shampoo dispensers require 2 hands to operate so as an arm amputee, that was a bit of a problem.
