Stunning Apartment - 1 Minute walk to Poole Quay - Great Location - Free Parking - Fast WiFi - Smart TV - Newly decorated - sleeps up to 2! Close to Poole

My wife and I loved the apartment, which was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking etc. The location was fantastic for walks to the quay and shops.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Apartment and building were clean, secure and in the old part of poole near the harbour. The car-parking was good with no trouble getting in or out. The apartment location is near to dozens of pubs and restaurants if you don't want to self-cater.

Bed was too soft for our liking, but this is personal preference and it may suit other guests better.

The cleaning of apartment was absolutely not up to standard. The sofa was covered in what appeared to be dog hair, as if it has never been cleaned. FYI my partner has allergies to dog hair so ruined our stay. The shower tray hadn’t been cleaned. Temperature inside was too warm at all times & only 1 fan supplied. We booked through booking.com in good faith, paid in advance. We were redirected to stai were all fell apart. Several phone calls to the hosts right up to arrival were nonsense, we didn’t even know if we would have access until we arrived. We wouldn’t recommend stai to anyone the experience was really difficult for what should have been a nice weekend away.

Lovely flat close to all amenities. Great to have secure parking. Great bathroom and facilities

Bed could have been a tad softer. The bedroom is quite small and it got extremely hot. Plug missing beside the bed so was unable to use bedside light

Always have a great stay at these apartments. No complaints, stylish, spotlessly clean with everything you need.
