Clean , and nicely decorated, but my views were awful as had the apartment facing back and car park Didn't like it all

There are too many rules and charging for everything which makes the company seem greedy. The super late check in and early check out is so anxiety inducing. You need to pay extra for all that and no negotiation. I wouldn't stay there again due to those reasons

The location in Poole was excellent, close to many shops, restaurants and quay. Apt 11 is in the back of the building, so it was quiet. Parking is included, which is very helpful. The studio has a nice kitchen that is equipped well. The hosts answered any of our questions very quickly and seemed to be readily available.

We did have a need to use the washer and dryers - it would have been great if we could have gotten the dryers to start. While there is an elevator, there are stairs to navigate, so if someone has mobility challenges, they might want to consider that.
