Spacious apartment with adequately equipped kitchen. Free parking and perfect location for easy access to harbour, restaurants and shopping facilities.

Extremely minor but a soft boiling kettle as very noisy early morning disturbing anyone still sleeping!!

No lift access to our room. Still had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Broken light bulb.

Location was perfect, central with parking. Quiet. Good size comfortable beds. Nicely equipped. We have family recently moved so would look to stay again and recommend.

The air con didn’t seem to work so if staying in height of summer double check. Also the follow up email gently suggesting that anything less that 5* might impact felt a tad manipulative. I personally don’t think that should be allowed

Very clean and lovely apartment. Small issue with towel rail which was on the whole time and made the flat very warm but that we lived with it and the owner said they would deal with that as part of our feedback.

Brilliant location, great facilities with excellent parking. Room sizes perfect for our stay of 4 nights. Everything we needed, except a decent fan (the rooms were a bit hot). As it happens, we brought our own fan. Few cutlery items were missing, but enough for 2 of us.

The bed size was more than disappointing. It had been advertised as a large double bed. Looking on the website it is defined as large, 60 to 70 inches (in width). However, it was actually only 53 inches.
