Top of the Gulf 410 Beach Front Condo - Renovated!

Did not have a hot tub, as was advertised. The mat leading to the beach should extend further out, I use a mobility chair, cannot walk far.

The only thing that was enjoyable was the easy access to the beach

The condition of our room could have not had water seeping up from the floor and been resolved by a maintenance man telling us to continue putting our clean towels down on it to soak it up! Unacceptable!!!!

It was clean. The shower head in the bathroom was wonderful. Very short walk out to the beach. Swimming pool was clean and plenty lounge chairs.

Bathroom very, very small. We had to call the rental company because toilet was stopped up and bathroom sink would not drain. Absolutely no where to hang clothes, wet bathing suits or wet beach towels. It is 1 big room and a bathroom, would not recommend for Adults needing privacy, good for a mother, father and 1 or 2 younger children. They have to many rules for the condo property. We rented a golf cart for 24 hrs, had to take it back because they would not let us park it on property. We were 4 adults, ages ranging from 55 to 60 years, not drinkers, not partying but felt as though we were being watched like teenagers. I understand the need for rules but this place just wasn't for us.

Great location! Pool & beach access was easy!

No closets or place to hang wet suits & towels.

Beds were hard!

On the ocean front. Has decent view.

Little to no storage for food or anything really. Trim work is poor and can see gaps all throughout the bathroom on top of black mold spots on top of bathroom ceiling. Also got stuck on the elevator.

I'm 63 and it was the first ever place that we stayed that didn't have a closet ( not even small) and NO balcony but was on the beach no closet and no balcony just blew our minds other wise it was fine
