"Die Zimmer im 5 und 6 Stock sind gut, aber ich werde es nicht nochmal buchen."

Die neu renovierten Zimmer waren für ein 3 Sterne- Hotel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch für italienische Verhältnisse nichts besonderes.

Man bucht ein Zimmer, erhält die Bestätigung für die Buchung und es wird im Vorfeld ordnungsgemäß bezahlt. Dann kommt man nach einer langen Anreise an und das gebuchte Zimmer steht erst am nächsten Tag zur Verfügung. Für eine Nacht anderes Zimmer! Toll…Dann bekommt man noch gesagt, sie müssen nichts machen…wir bringen morgen ihre Sachen in ihr gebuchtes Zimmer. Jeder normale Mensch weiß, damit es nicht getan!!! Vor allem, wenn man auch noch 100 % schwerbehindert ist und dies war dem Hotel bekannt. Was mich verärgert, ich stand per Mail im Vorfeld mit dem Hotel in Kontakt…kein Wort von der Doppelbelegung. Wäre einfach fair gewesen ! Kein guter Service… Beschreibung des Hotels und die Realität gehen nicht in allem Konform.

La camera un po datata (piastrelle del pavimento alcune sbeccate) 2 materassi singoli su letto matrimoniale la TV anche lei datata e con un audio pessimo

Schönes Zimmer mit grosszügiger Terrasse! Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Strand hat sichtbare Felsbarrieren gegen Strand-Erosion. Notwendig, aber nicht ästhetisch. Nachbargemeinde Riccione wendet neuartiges System an, welches unter Wasser angelegt wurde.

Dass man uns beim Checkout übers Ohr gehauen hat und uns zu viel verrechnet hat, was das Zusatz-Strandpaket betrifft. Schade!

We've had a great time at Hotel Alexandra. They provided a free parking opportunity nearby in a guarded parking area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant has sea view, the meals were plentiful and delicious, we loved their coffee and pasta. Sofia at the reception is an angel, very helpful and kind, it was a pleasure meeting her.
