Molt senzill per al preu que té. L'apartament té dos plantes, una d'elles a peu de carrer i l'altra en subterrani.

La ubicación céntrica y la facilidad de movilizarse en Madrid, es un espacio que valora los detalles y eso se nota desde el momento 1 con el personal.

El tema de la ducha, se emboza el desagüe y dificulta que el agua fluya, esto hace que todo el aseo esté lleno de agua y que se deba de fregar constantemente. Revisar el tema del moho, hay bastante moho en las paredes y en el techo.

Close to the metro station. Really good location. It is well equipped.

You can hear the neighbors all the time, so it is not quiet. You enter directly to the room from the street. In winter the wind can blow into the apartment below the door.
