Please have railings on the stairs. It's a challenge to go up and down especially with luggage without having something to hold on to

The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The house itself is modern, spacious, and immaculately clean, offering all the comforts of home and more. I was particularly impressed with their attention to details and the thoughtful touches throughout the houses, especially enjoyable fish tanks. The location is perfect for beach lovers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, yet close enough to the city center, making it easy to explore the vibrant local culture and cuisine.

The property was bigger than I expected, stretching up to 3 floors with 3 bathrooms. I had a family of 7, me included, and having this many bathrooms was really ideal for us. The rooms are very spacious as well and the bathroom was on par with the ones from hotels. It was super clean and all the things we needed were provided such as hair shampoo, body soap, hairdryer, towels, and even new colgate toothbrushes! My relatives were all super satisfied and happy with the amenities, the wifi was very strong and the decor of the entire place just screams nature. They had live koi fishes and my uncle being a fish and plant lover, he was very happy indulging himself. Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had and the host, Mr Ngoc was very engaging in attending to all my needs. Will definitely recommend to any of my friends visiting Da Nang, and will come back to this property soon for my next visit!

The location of the house was fantastic. 5 mins walk to food, massage, pub. 10 mins walk to the beach. The house was a standalone with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Aircon was cold.

Great location! Ease of access to the attractions within an hour. Gorgeous design by the owner. There are Koi fishes in a little pond indoor!

It would be nice if the stairway to the ground floor has a handlebar too.

F home is a very clean and comfortable house. It is conveniently located in Da Nang, it is on a very quiet and safe street which is great at night. It is just a short stroll to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. Sun world amusement park is a short drive as well as Ba Na Hills, Lady buddha, and the Dragon Bridge. Which are both excellent entertainment for families! The home it's self is very spacious and well set out with all the mod cons! My kids loved feeding the fish! F home is well priced and awesome valve for money! I would more than recommend staying here! The hosts are very friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful with tips and information on where to go in Da Nang and what to do!
