Very spacious, great location, perfect for families.

Honestly nothing.

This property does not meet the basic needs. The smell in the flat was horrible, as if no one lived there for a long time so it was not properly aired. The major problem, however, was the heating system. The boiler was not working. It was a shock to find out that the flat was rented out without working heating and hot water, especially when the weather became so cold in November. At least the managing company provided electric heaters. However, I had to use a sport centre facilities, where I was a member, to take a shower. Hot water was fixed only on the 5th week of my stay, but not the heating.

We stayed at the property for a weekend. On the day we were travelling to Portmos, I received an email from Open Mind Property via Google Docs requesting a copy of my passport and bank card. This was quite unusual, as I had already made the full payment in advance. I was concerned about the request, especially since no data protection information was provided, and I had no clarity on how my personal data—such as a copy of my passport—would be used or stored. Despite my concerns, they insisted they would not provide the access code to the flat unless I submitted this information. Even after I reluctantly provided the requested documents, they delayed sharing the access code until late in the afternoon, only after I made several phone calls. This was particularly stressful as we were travelling with young children. The property is located on the third floor with no lift, which made access quite difficult—especially with luggage and young children. The corridor leading up to the flat was damp and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The rooms were acceptable but not particularly clean. The bathroom was old and not very pleasant to use.

The lock box was not opening then we had to call customer service and then they figured out that the cleaners may have changed the code, then realised the cleaner still hasn't even come to the property to clean the flat. They came rushing and some how cleaned the property as we was waiting for 30min with 3 little kids and luggages.

Once you get inside, it is lovely and cosy
